Data Deletion Policy
At Mach III Software LLC, we respect your right to privacy and understand that you may wish to have your data removed from our services. Below is our data deletion policy and a step-by-step guide on how to deactivate and remove your account.
Account Deactivation and Deletion Process
- Log In to Your Account:
To deactivate your account, first log in using your username and password.
- Access the Personal Dashboard:
Once logged in, navigate to your personal dashboard by clicking on your profile or the dashboard link in the navigation menu.
- Go to Account Settings:
On your dashboard, locate the Settings section. This will typically be found in the user menu or sidebar.
- Remove Your Account:
In the Settings section, click on the Remove Account tab. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the deactivation process.
Note: Removing your account will permanently delete your data. This action cannot be undone.
Alternative Account Removal Process
If the service to remove your account is not available via the dashboard, you can request account deletion by email.
Send an email from the email address associated with your account to:
removal@mach3software.net
In the subject line, enter your username. Once we receive the request, we will verify your identity and send you a link to remove your account.
After following the link and confirming your decision, your account and associated data will be deleted from our system.
